Comfortable Stay with a Few Snags

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a well-appointed disability-access room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner options nearby are excellent. we loved a visit to Harry’s Cafe for a hearty breakfast. Just remember the warm breakfast could be improved!

the staff were super friendly and helped us out a lot. the location is ace, right near the tube station. the rooms were modern and clean, and breakfast was really good. they had a nice cozy vibe in the hotel, felt welcoming. especially loved how attentive the bar staff were, they were great.

The room was cozy with a nice view, and the food was great. We ran into trouble with parking, though, and staff were a mixed bag. One person was super helpful while the others seemed a bit rude. Breakfast was decent, but we had to double-check that we paid. a nice place but needs better service.
